Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe appropriate medications, and ensure comprehensive documentation and coordination with the care team.

The role requires an active, unrestricted NP license in the state, DEA registration, and eligibility for Medicaid/Medicare credentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.
• DEA registration (Certificate of Registration).
• Eligible for Medicaid/Medicare credentials.
• Experience in addiction medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated by assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care.
• Will perform injections.
