Job summary

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic seeks a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in New Albany, IN to deliver in-person and virtual care with clinical autonomy and strong support. You will manage patient visits, perform diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and care coordination within a holistic approach.

Qualifications

• NP with master’s degree and board certification in family practice.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing; ability to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
• DOT certification must be completed within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, and management of conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform tests, counseling, vaccinations, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
