Job summary

Premise Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or experienced RN in Saginaw, Michigan for a part-time role (20 hours per week). You will conduct exams, provide preventive care, order and interpret tests, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development, while maintaining accurate health records. Requires active nursing licenses, prescriptive authority, and at least three years in ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Nurse Practitioner license with current credentials.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA license as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical NP experience in ambulatory care or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans and records progress to ensure continuity of care.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Maintains patient health records with accurate and up-to-date documentation.
