Colorado Treatment Services, LLC in Greeley, CO is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care in a Methadone/Suboxone treatment program. The NP will perform follow-ups, adjust dosages, order and review labs, and refer to specialists as needed.
Ideal candidates will have working knowledge of opioid addiction and collaborate with the medical director. This role requires active RN licensure and NP training, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Starting at $65 per hour

Other duties include: conducting follow-up consultations, adjustment of medical dosages, ordering and review of lab work and making referrals. Ideal candidates would have working knowledge of opioid addiction. The Nurse Practitioner will also work with the medical director in the care and treatment of the patients.
Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy required. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and follow-through on all assignments. Must be able to work independently and be able to use sound judgment in critical clinical decisions.
