The Emily Program in Charlotte, NC is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary inpatient, residential, or outpatient team. The role focuses on holistic nursing care, medication management, and coordination with medical/psychiatric providers.

Expect 0.2 FTE (8 hours/week) on Fridays, with a starting hourly range of $35.00–$42.00. Final compensation will reflect qualifications and experience for this position.

Competenze

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in state or compact.
• BLS certification within 15 days from hire.
• CPI certification within 30 days from hire.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nursing care needs and risks.
• Provide medication management and education, and monitor side effects in inpatient/residential settings.
• Assist medical and psychiatric providers with care coordination and documentation.
• Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure patient safety and treatment plans.
