Job summary

The Emily Program in Ohio seeks compassionate registered or licensed practical nurses to join an interdisciplinary inpatient/residential team. You will provide holistic nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with medical and psychiatric staff to support recovery for clients with eating disorders and co-morbid conditions.

Full-time position (36 hours/week) with shifts from 6am to 6:30pm. Starting hourly ranges for LPNs are $28.00–$34.00 and for RNs $35.00–$40.00, with final

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN or LPN in Ohio.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform assessment, monitoring, and intervention addressing health concerns.
• Manage medications in inpatient/residential settings and monitor side effects in coordination with providers.
• Assist medical and psychiatric providers with care coordination.
• Coordinate medical information between patient, provider, staff, family, and outside care agencies.
• Collaborate with treatment team to create appropriate treatment plans for each client.
