Job summary

Devereux PA Adult Services is seeking a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse for a part-time weekend position in Berwyn, PA. The nurse will provide consultation nursing to program clients, perform assessments, and coordinate care with the Health Services Coordinator to ensure high-quality health services.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, wound care, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and documenting in the health system.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN or RN license in PA.
• Experience in health care facility nursing.
• Experience with adults with IDD/mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients, families, and staff on health and wellness.
• Communicate with physicians and team members to support client needs.
• Perform assessments and develop/adjust nursing care plans.
• Provide direct patient care including wound care, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Attend meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
