Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part Time Regional Provider to deliver high-quality primary and family care at Phoenix and Scottsdale HealthHub locations. This clinic-based role combines in-person visits with occasional virtual care, supported by a strong clinical team and resources.

Education includes NP or PA qualifications with active licensure and certification. A flexible schedule and robust benefits are offered to eligible part-time colleagues in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• NPs: Master’s in Family Nurse Practice with active license.
• PAs: Master’s in PA studies with active NCCPA license.
• Multi-state licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care in clinic and virtual visits.
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with other clinicians and staff.
• Engage patients in wellness and disease management.
• Complete clinic operations including scheduling and insurance verification.
