Job summary

Friends of Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy seeks a proactive Fundraising & Development Specialist as a part-time independent contractor (~10-15 hours/week). You will build relationships, identify funding opportunities, and drive donor engagement from initial contact to stewardship.

Compensation is $40/hour with a mix of independent work and local in-person activities for donor meetings and events. This role offers growth as fundraising increases and impact expands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on nonprofit fundraising and donor relations experience.
• Ability to craft compelling donor messages and sponsorship pitches.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and persuasive communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with donor databases, spreadsheets, email platforms, and productivity tools.
