Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) is adding a Part-Time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to the hospital-based academic practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. The role includes inpatient consultations, outpatient care, and teaching residents.

With NYS licensure and Cardiology certification eligibility, you will work in a leading Level I Trauma center, perform advanced imaging, and engage in scholarly activities while benefiting from a generous compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NYS license (or ability to obtain one).
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient cardiology care in a collaborative team environment.
• Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
• Perform exercise echocardiograms, Transesophageal Echocardiograms, and participate in advanced cardiac imaging.
• Teach and mentor medical residents from Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
• Engage in scholarly activities and participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Opportunities for growth in advanced cardiac imaging.
