Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of bus driving experience, including transporting passengers.
• Skills: Driver training courses and a Certificate of Completion (Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance, Emergency Evacuation).
• Characteristics: Courteous and polite with passengers and while negotiating traffic.
• Technical: Valid driver’s license and Valid NHDOT medical card; post-offer drug/alcohol testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate small buses (less than 16 passengers) safely and professionally.
• Follow routes and schedules accurately and on time.
• Communicate itinerary changes clearly to passengers.
• Record and report transportation data as required.
• Keep vehicle clean and compliant with safety policies.
• Assist passengers with disabilities as needed.
