Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Angels Nursing Center in a part-time NOC shift. You will provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in CA required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to RNs and physicians.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Participate in care conferences and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
