Part Time (Nights and weekends) Customer Experience Manager

Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
  2. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
  3. Provide friendly customer service and assist with store operations, including cash reconciliation, inventory, and safety programs.
  4. Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements.
  5. Lead, train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve KPIs and support talent development.
  6. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and promote a positive, respectful environment.
  7. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and, in some cases, custom framing services.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Retail management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks.
  • Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings, in climate-controlled and outdoor settings.
