Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our North American supply chain network. This fast-paced, physical role performs a variety of tasks with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and reliability while supporting site leadership.

You’ll contribute to a high-performance culture that values teamwork and results. The position is part-time—3 days a week, 1:00am–9:00am—at $15/hour with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for growth as our company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as required.
• Select, palletize, and move items within the warehouse.
• Conduct freight hauling, auditing, and repacking as needed.
• Sort, clean up, and maintain housekeeping in work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
