Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). The nurse will deliver quality care, assess needs, plan and implement nursing care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to uphold standards of practice. Current MI RN license and BLS are required, with weekend rotations on a 28-day schedule.

The role requires weekend work 1 and 3 of the 28-day cycle and Holiday A rotation. On-call status is not required.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Michigan.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC/Canadian equivalent required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patient.
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient/family needs.
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assume responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
