Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reevaluate as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate timely patient care.
