Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery RN to join our High-Risk L&D team on the night shift. This is a Part Time position working approximately 2 shifts per week (weekends and holidays are rotated).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience required; must complete competency assessment.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required by department.
• Florida nursing license active at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Document care and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care per ANA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
