Job summary

UNC Health in Kinston, NC is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant I (NA I) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and safe patient handling during night shifts.

Working 24 hours per week, you will support the care team, promote comfort, safety, and dignity for patients, and help maintain clean, organized patient rooms in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• BCLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients.
• Assist with linen changes and other routine tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a positive image and coordinate with healthcare team.
