Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a part-time Security Guard based in New York to monitor and ensure the security and fire safety of the facility. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, security screenings, and documenting incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have 8 hour Pre-Assignment security guard training course certificate.
• Must obtain NYS Security Guard license and registration.
• Must complete annual in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure security and fire safety of the facility.
• Conduct security screenings of all tenants and visitors.
• Document unusual occurrences in security logbook.
