Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Night Janitor in Pensacola, FL. You will vacuum, mop, sweep, and clean restrooms, trash removal, and related duties to maintain a healthy, safe, and sanitary facility. Ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and takes initiative.

Hours are 5 pm to 9 pm, Monday–Friday, part-time. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with health benefits and ancillary offerings including Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, FSA, 401K, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

We are seeking to hire a Night Janitor. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Janitor Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.

Janitor Requirements:

• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Able to have reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Pay rate: $15.00 - $17.00 /per hour
