Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated Janitor in Massachusetts to join our team. The role involves building maintenance, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, and restroom/break room cleaning.

A professional attitude and reliability are essential; training is provided if needed. This is a full-time position with benefits and room for growth. Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and janitorial tasks.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable and responsible.
• Janitors experience a plus but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as part of daily duties.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, floors, trash, and common areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance and workspace.
