Job summary

Gundersen Health System (Emplify Health Harmony Care Center) in Harmony, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant or CNA. You will provide hands-on patient care under RN supervision and support residents and families in a CMS 5-star facility. Optional funded MN CNA certification is available, with wage $20.55/hour and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 6 months.

Schedule is 20 hours per week, including nights and every other weekend/holiday. Training paid if not certified.

Qualifications

• Must be a Minnesota Registered CNA or willing to enroll and obtain certification.
• Ability to document care in electronic medical records accurately.
• Current infant-adult basic life support certification required or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care for residents under RN supervision.
• Transport and transfer patients safely within the facility.
• Document resident care and participate in data collection.
• Assist with nutrition, elimination, mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in meetings
• Adhere to attendance and unit guidelines, support nursing staff
