Job summary

Gundersen Harmony Care Center in Harmony, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant or CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care and support residents and their families. The role supports a CMS 5-star rated facility and offers pathways to CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from a recognized program (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Work PM shifts including every other weekend and holiday.
• Provide basic care under supervision of an RN in the facility.
• Transport and transfer patients safely within the medical complex.
• Document resident care in the electronic medical record.
