Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member in Indianapolis. You will help maintain a clean facility both inside and outside, including scrubbing walls and equipment and keeping floors clean.

The role starts at $16 per hour with daily pay options, a set schedule typically from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am, and access to industry-leading training, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work 3–5 nights per week.
• Able to stand for up to 8+ hours per day.
• Capable of lifting or moving a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Willing to hustle with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the location (inside and outside).
• Scrub walls, doors, stainless steel blowers, and equipment.
• Clean the floors and pick up trash.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Be able to work 3 – 5 nights per week
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
