Job summary

Crew Carwash in Speedway, IN is hiring a Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member to help keep the location spotless and inviting. The role offers a starting wage of $16 per hour and nightly shifts from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am, with daily pay options and industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work 3–5 nights per week.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to lift/move at least 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness inside and outside of the location.
• Pick up trash and clean floors.
• Scrub walls, doors, stainless steel blowers, and equipment.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Be able to work 3 – 5 nights per week
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
