Hotel Yountville in Beverly Hills is seeking a part-time Front Desk Auditor to ensure precise financial and guest-service operations at Cameo Beverly Hills-BHM.

You will perform daily front office audits, review postings for accuracy, and support nightly system maintenance while delivering warm, professional service to guests. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $28.51/hour.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to perform audits and handle payments accurately.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and hotel outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Back-up front office computer systems nightly and related tasks.
• Maintain and rebuild front office systems and reservations tools as needed.
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies.
• Handle all front desk duties including check-ins/outs, payments, PBX, and guest directions.
