We are hiring a Night Auditor!

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others. As a front desk associate, you are at the heart of the hotel, engaging directly with guests. The department operates 24/7, making each role equally important. Front desk associates play a vital role in shaping the guest experience. During the night shift, you will work independently, managing closing procedures, guest check-ins and check-outs during non-traditional hours, and ensuring guest safety through monitoring activity and weather conditions. If you thrive in a semi-independent role, possess a friendly personality, and have a strong sense of responsibility, this position is ideal for you. Role Responsibilities:
  • Process credit card transactions and other payments (restaurant, events, lounge)
  • Handle phone system, transfer calls, manage reservations
  • Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Administer guest payment policies and review transactions from the day shifts
  • Prepare folios for departing guests in the morning
  • Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
  • Follow all hotel emergency procedures
