We are hiring a Part-time Night Auditor.

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! As a front desk associate, you will be at the heart of the hotel, interacting directly with guests. The department operates 24/7, making every role crucial. Night auditors play a key role in closing out the day’s business, checking guests in and out during non-traditional hours, and ensuring guest safety by monitoring activity and weather conditions. If you enjoy working independently, have a friendly personality, and a strong sense of responsibility, this role is ideal. Pay: $15.50 - $17 per hour, based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Process credit card transactions and other charges (restaurant, events, lounge)
• Handle phone system, transfer calls, manage reservations
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and review errors from day shifts
• Prepare folios for departing guests in the morning
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
• Follow all hotel emergency procedures
