Job summary

WelcomeNewborn is seeking a part-time newborn photographer for our Beverly Hospital program. You’ll work at partnered hospitals, starting at 9am, with a schedule that includes Monday-Thursday and Sunday.

The role offers $15 per hour plus commission on sales, with target earnings of $20–$30 per hour depending on sales performance. You’ll capture newborn memories, edit and sell sessions, and help families choose the best packages.

Qualifications

• Newborn photography expertise – ability to pose and photograph newborns safely.
• Exceptional customer service – engage warmly with parents.
• Efficiency and adaptability – fast-paced hospital setting.
• Team-oriented with hospital staff collaboration.
• Sales and communication – guide families to best package.
• Bonus – bilingual Spanish is a plus.
