You will coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, outreach, data collection, and study coordination while maintaining records and regulatory documentation within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1 year of direct experience collecting data from participants.
• Comfort interacting with children and adults.
• Willingness to engage in community outreach activities.
• Ability to follow multi-step protocols and handle feedback.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
• Conduct study visits and data collection across behavioral, physiological, neuroimaging, and other methods.
• Communicate with participants, families, schools, and community stakeholders.
• Support outreach and recruitment events and engagement efforts.
• Assist with study coordination and tracking progress through protocols.
• Maintain study records, databases, and regulatory documents.
• Perform data entry, verification, and quality assurance.
• Prepare, organize, and order study materials and supplies.
• Monitor progress and support multiple projects.
• Attend weekly meetings and trainings.
• Support lab operations as needed.
