Job summary

Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) with an interest in adult neurorehabilitation. You will perform examinations, develop plans of care, and support patients recovering from neurological conditions to improve mobility and independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree: DPT or equivalent for PT; licensure required or eligible.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred.
• Must have valid PT license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT examinations and gait assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Instruct clients and families on home exercises and adaptations.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, case managers, and nursing for coordinated care.
