Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, invites a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Neurorehabilitation team in Johns Creek, GA. You will evaluate mobility, design evidence-based interventions, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and community integration.

The role emphasizes neurological conditions, patient education, and discharge planning, with opportunities for growth within CARF-aligned programs. A valid GA PT license is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred for recent graduates).
• Current, active state PT license or eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive PT examinations and develop plans of care.
• Deliver interventions to promote mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, case managers, and nursing to ensure holistic care.
