Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in network or systems administration, a Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field, and hands-on experience with TCP/IP, Windows, virtualization, and security devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS or related field.
• At least 2 years in network or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and file sharing.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and networking.
