Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regular backups of systems and ensure data security.
• Install and update software on all company devices.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries regarding network or system issues.
• Maintain system documentation and keep it up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technology solutions.
