X-Ray Industries, an Applus+ company, is seeking a Part Time Penetrant Testing (PT) Level 2 Inspector in Manchester, CT. The role requires NAS-410 Level 2 certification and a high school diploma or GED, with duties including testing setup, calibration, interpretation, evaluation, and documentation in PT.

Candidates must be able to train Level 1 personnel and trainees, and work under the Level 3 oversight per applicable codes and standards. US citizenship or work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NAS-410 Level 2 certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Set up and standardize testing equipment and interpret results.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
• Ensure tests are conducted per applicable codes, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain documentation of results and verifications.
• Operate within the scope of Penetrant Testing (PT) procedures.
