US Navy Reserve Nurse Corps Officers serve as part of an integrated team of military healthcare professionals while maintaining a civilian career. This part-time Navy Reserve Officer opportunity involves drill periods and annual training to support readiness and mission needs.

As a Navy Reserve Officer, you will build leadership experience, collaborate with skilled healthcare professionals, and contribute directly to the health and readiness of the force.

Qualificações

• Must hold Navy Reserve CNM credential.
• Must be a commissioned officer.
• Experience in women's health, prenatal, postpartum, gynecologic, and newborn care is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Providing evidence-based women's health, prenatal, postpartum, gynecologic, and newborn care within your credentialed scope of practice.
• Supporting patient education, preventive care, care coordination, and clinical readiness.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary medical teams in military treatment facilities and operational medical settings.
• Applying your clinical judgment and leadership during routine care, training, contingency response, humanitarian assistance, and other mission requirements.
• Mentoring junior personnel and contributing to the readiness and professional development of the Navy medical team.
