Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Navy Reserve Service Member located in Minnesota, United States. Navy Reserve Service Members train regularly to maintain readiness, participate in drills and exercises, and support operational missions as needed. Day-to-day activities may include technical tasks in a chosen specialty, physical fitness training, administrative duties, and teamwork-focused assignments that contribute to unit effectiveness. Members coordinate with active-duty and reserve personnel, follow established procedures and protocols, and uphold Navy standards of conduct and professionalism. Depending on qualifications and billet, responsibilities can involve logistics, engineering support, communications, medical support, intelligence, or other mission-critical functions.
