2 Circle, Inc. in Lemoore, CA is seeking a part-time, direct-labor instructor/operator to support CSFWP aircrew training and Link Inject to Live (LITL) operations for Naval Aviation. The role requires Naval aviation background, high-level operational experience, and TOP SECRET clearance.

The position emphasizes coordination across training sites, mission planning support, and scenario execution with SAF/CGF tools. Travel is contract dependent; no required travel for part-time work.

Qualifications

• Former Naval Aviator or Naval Flight Officer, O-3/4/5.
• Recent operational experience that is ACTC LEVEL 4 or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance. (Note: active SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET eligibility may be considered for otherwise well qualified candidates)

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS specific subject matter expertise for fleet training requirements
• Provide liaison with Fleet representatives to help define future training requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise and aircraft knowledge required to conduct LITL operations
• Provide overall coordination for distributed events
• Coordinates efforts between training sites
• Promulgates and manages the exercise timelines
• Provide and facilitate mission planning, execution, and brief/debrief support for events
• Operate SAF/CGF to meet mission and tactics for LITL training
• Role-play constructive assets and entities during training events
• Maintain currency with appropriate TMS and Naval Aviation Warfare Development Center TTPs and CONOPS
