Care Partners At Home in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Part-Time Nanny/House Manager to support a busy family. This role focuses on household management with after-school care for two children (ages 10 and 12), plus transportation and light homework support.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours, roughly 25–30 per week, with potential to increase. Competitive pay: $32–$34 per hour, depending on experience, plus a paid transition and training period.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a nanny, family assistant, household manager, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Reliable personal vehicle with a clean driving record; valid license and insurance.
• Comfortable with dogs.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and provide references.
• Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends.
• Long-term opportunity (minimum one year; longer preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day household tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
• Grocery shop and maintain household inventory.
• Coordinate vendor and service appointments.
• Complete family laundry.
• Light housekeeping and organization.
• Prepare simple, healthy meals as needed.
• Provide after-school supervision and transport for two children.
• Safely transport children to activities using your own vehicle.
• Assist with homework as needed.
• Evening transportation for activities and appointments.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment.
• Walk the dog approximately one mile on weekdays.
