Job summary

The Nanny Smith is seeking a part-time, live-out nanny in Chatham, NJ for a 3-year-old daughter. Fridays are 8:00 am–6:00 pm with two additional weekdays 8:00 am–5:00 pm (flexible). You will handle childcare on Fridays and household tasks on other days, including cleaning, laundry, errands, and meal prep for the child.

Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, based on experience. A nanny vehicle, valid background checks, and vaccinations are required; driving to activities and swimming are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive the child to activities and be a confident swimmer.
• Vaccinations: Standard vaccinations required.
• Background checks and childcare references must be provided.
• Child is a 3-year-old daughter.
• Nanny vehicle is required.
• Pets in home: a dog.

Responsibilities

• On Fridays, provide attentive childcare: plan engaging activities, prepare lunch and snacks, drive to local activities, support learning and milestones.
• On the other two days, provide household support: full-house cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, tidying, groceries, errands, and meal prep for the child.
