Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser - West Point, MS

Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Your role involves fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physical ability to perform activities like lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, and moving products.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of West Point, MS, or secondary location Aberdeen, MS.
• Availability: Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays; starting at 7:30 am; 15-20 hours/week.
