Position: Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores, work with sales reps to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including taking pictures of displays.
• Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues.
• Adhere to daily schedules for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while in stores.

Candidate Profile

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, use work apps, perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, pushing over 50 lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Rancho Bernardo, CA (including Poway and Escondido).
• Availability including weekends.
