Job Description

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude, able to work independently
• Able to drive your personal vehicle and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly and over 50 lbs. occasionally
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Paradise, PA, with availability on Sun, Thu, and possibly Mon, Wed, Fri
