Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure stock levels.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelez guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly rate from $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle for store visits (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Slidell, LA, with availability on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday starting at 5-7 am for 15 hours/week.
