Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of part-time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees, work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Slidell, LA, or nearby locations.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday; start 5-7 am; 15 hrs/week.
