Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

  • Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Ensure that Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
  • Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
  • Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

What you can expect from us:
  • Hourly compensation from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience

Who is a good fit?
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Capable of performing physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., and moving products.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Reside within 25 miles of Manitowoc, WI; secondary location: Sheboygan, WI.
  • Availability required: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
