Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Pleasanton, TX, with secondary locations in Floresville and La Vernia, TX.
• Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, starting by 5 am, 15-25 hours per week.
