Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed, and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $17.00 to $19.50 based on relevant experience

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.

• Able to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing over 50 lbs.

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25-35 miles of Inver Grove, MN and Cottage Grove, MN.

• Availability: Monday, Thursday, Saturday.
