Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Coordinate with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle and perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Bakersfield, CA, or secondary locations in Porterville/Delano.
• Open availability required.
