Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser Order Writer

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
• Maintain well-stocked and represented brands following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Ideal Candidate

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Bemidji, MN.
• Available to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
